Custodian/Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled custodian who’s main responsibility is to keep the hotel grounds and spaces clean, including but not limited to bars, restaurant, kitchen, offices, and exterior spaces. This task is broken down into several duties performed throughout the day or at other regular intervals, such as:

Cleaning wood, linoleum, tile and other floors

Shampooing/cleaning mats, rugs, and carpets

Emptying trash cans

Changing air filters and cleaning vents

Dusting all surfaces

Waxing floors

Washing windows

Maintaining a thorough inventory

Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners

Collecting and taking out trash and recycling

Cleaning pool, hot tub and fountain

Pressure washing deck and parking lots

Cleaning grease trap

Landscaping

Assisting with maintenance as required

Other duties as needed
