HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of HVAC systems to identify issues and malfunctions.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and duct systems.

Align with customers to explain service options, provide cost estimates, and answer questions regarding system maintenance and repairs while providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and advanced techniques to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues.

Install, calibrate, and test new HVAC systems and components to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Keep accurate records of services provided, parts used, and work performed, utilizing digital tools and documentation systems.

Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

HVAC Certification strongly preferred

Proven experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a strong track record of successful repairs and maintenance.

In-depth knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including electrical and mechanical components.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for HVAC systems

Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
