Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of a 24-unit residential building in Indio, CA.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

- Coordinate and supervise any outside Vendors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

- Manage maintenance requests from tenants and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend the lifespan of building systems.

- Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

- Source and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.

- Assist with the preparation of budgets and provide input on maintenance-related expenses.

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours, as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in property maintenance, preferably in a multi-unit residential setting.
