Powder Coat Tech

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE POWDER COATING

-Familiarity with powder coat process and basic settings on the equipment used in the process (airflow, KV's, UA, etc.)

-Ability to follow directions and learn as we use some automated processes not used by other powder coat shops.

-10 hour work days in fast-paced environment to meet deadlines set for our customers

-Attention to detail ensuring parts are coated properly and efficiently to the quality we set

-Maintain powder coat equipment and areas, identify any issues and report so they can be addressed in a timely manner

-Keep track of powder usage and maintain organization in the powder room to ensure we have the needed inventory to complete orders

-Must be self motivated, and able to work closely with others

-Must be organized and able to follow direction

-Must be able to identify damaged goods

We are a production factory, everyone gets cross trained in all aspects of the factory. In addition to powder coating you must also be able to operate a screw gun, skill saw, chop saw, 7000# forklift scissor lift and also be mechanically inclined.
