Head Cook/Kitchen Manager

Huskies Restaurant and Bar, a 30+year established sports bar is relocating within town and launching a new concept. We are looking for a team oriented, experienced and motivated individual to come grow with us and launch our new location and lunch/dinner menu in Downtown Storrs. Put your stamp on a simple, creative and high quality menu featuring apps, salads, burgers, sandwiches and a few signature entrees.

Responsibilities include:

-Execution of menu

-Train and manage kitchen staff

-Assist with inventory management

-Oversee food safety practices

-Manage cleaning schedule for kitchen

Preferred experience-

5+ years of kitchen experience

QFO/Servsafe Certified
