Responsibilities

Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon their arrival

Direct vehicles to available parking spaces

Provide accurate information about parking rates, payment methods, and any available discounts

Monitor parking areas to enforce regulations and ensure compliance

Assist in resolving any parking-related issues or disputes

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned parking areas

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role
