Full Time Admin Assistant Wanted for a Real Estate Brokerage

Office Duties:

Greets and Assists clients

Answers Multiple phone lines, takes messages, forwards calls.

Provides general information

Orders office supplies, distributes mail

Scanning, copying, filing, faxing documents

Receives payments from clients

Able to input listings on Craigslist, Zillow etc.

Assists with property management administrative duties

Helps to maintain cleanliness of office/kitchen area

Qualifications required:

Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Neat and organized, Quick Learner

Dependable, Punctual, must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Excellent Customer Service with a pleasant personality

Team Player with flexible attitude and great communication skills

Self motivated and able to work independently as well as multitask

Real Estate License not required

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Must know Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Full Time Wanted Weekdays 8am-5pm
