Role Title: Cross Functional Associate (Full time and Part time opportunities)

Role Summary:

This position is an entry level position responsible for certain assigned tasks across multiple departments. This position reports to the Operations Director, while supporting other company areas that report to the CSO and COO. The following lists the job components and their interaction with the various departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations:

Assist in Pick/Pack/Ship in Wholesale and eCommerce shipping

Process and execute daily Dropship activities quickly and accurately.

Manage incoming mail distribution.

Managing the Customer Service inbox.

Answering Phones on an as needed basis

Vendor maintenance

Assisting the HR manager

Sales and Marketing:

Selling to customers

Helping customers with brand and product questions

Performing POS tasks

Merchandising store per floor-set or supervisor direction

Restocking floor as needed

Accounting:

Blue Link system maintenance, applying AR receipts, entering AP vouchers,

Filing AP, pending/paid

Run various reports like AP paid, received and aging, AR aging

Manage Bank deposits

Assisting the Controller

Balanced Score Card quadrant - Strategic business process development:

Strategy #3 - Supply chain best practice

Document and refine internal operations processes

Assist Controller with COGS establishment and reduction

Assist the COO with logistics service providers

Assist COO with business system selection and implementation

Strategy #4 – 24/7 24 carrot customer service

Support this customer service goal and its initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant experience preferred

Proven ability to work in a team or single environment with good interpersonal skills

Proven ability to achieve assigned goals and company objectives

History of identifying opportunities and taking appropriate actions quickly and in context of competing

priorities and business needs.

Must possess problem solving and self-actuating skills

Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel and work remotely as needed.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment (if applicable):

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, talk or hear.

Frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.

Frequently required to stoop or kneel and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Employee works in an office warehouse environment where the sound level is usually moderate to high.

Able to stand for extended periods of time and read printed materials along with long periods of time looking at a computer monitor.

Operate a mouse, keyboard and basic computer, business systems and other service provider integrations.

Has experience with, various specialized equipment like racking, pallet jacks, conveyors, sorters, packaging equipment
