Position Title: Expeditor/Data Entry Clerk

Wage: $20-$26/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5am-1:30pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring an Expeditor/Data Entry Clerk at a great company in Kenosha, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Expeditor/Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Utilize the dashboard to assess orders for completeness, tagged assembly, halted jobs, and part shortages

- Review live schedules to track various process steps and identify work in progress

- Collaborate with Inside Sales teams to comprehend the priorities of overdue orders

- Internally communicate priorities from the Inside Sales team to the Kenosha team

- Enter expedites into Epicor as needed, monitor, and provide information to the Inside Sales team

- Follow up on material delays and escalate as necessary

- Address stopped jobs and escalate as needed

- Update the Quality Manager on the status of stopped jobs

- Coordinate with each department with jobs in process to ensure seamless product flow and escalate as necessary

- Participate in tier 2 meetings as required to communicate priorities and gather information on late and stopped jobs

- Perform other duties as assigned

Expeditor/Data Entry Clerk Requirements:

- Effective cross-departmental communication

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite

- Business acumen with the ability to escalate decision-making within the organization (internal to Kenosha or external to the business units)

- Experience with ERP systems preferred

- Experience with CRM systems preferred

- Experience with Production Scheduling preferred

- Ability to learn live schedule and Epicor as needed
