Financial Consulting Firm looking for Customer Service Representatives

We are an established Financial Consulting Firm looking for Customer Service Representatives to manage and maintain client portfolios.

You can make $1,200-1,600 weekly as an independent contractor with our firm!

Responsibilities:

- Onboard new clients (No Sales)

- Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries

- Provide consistent outreach to clients

- Complete client portfolios by collecting outstanding documentation

- Act as a liason between clients and third party entities

- Assess ongoing client needs

- Leverage time and task management tools

Skills:

- Adaptable in a Dynamic Work Environment

- Ability to Work Independently

- Excellent Written and Phone Communication

- PC Proficient

- Proficient in Google Suites

- Prior Customer Service Experience is a Plus

- Experience in a Tax and/or Finance Environment is a Plus

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and compensation varies based on the scope of your individual contract. This position is compensated weekly. Bonuses available to eligible contractors. Occasional breakfasts, lunches and team outings provided by the company.
