Journeyman Electricians

Mid-Peninsula Electric & Service, Inc. is a well established electrical contractor with 20+ years in business dedicated to the electrical installation of high end residential projects. We are looking for experienced journeyman electricians to expand our business to the next level. We do not have a set number of candidates in mind but will entertain any one with the qualifications and experience we require.

You will be on a 90 day trial to become a permanent employee, at the end of your trial you will be entitled to the following:

Paid Major Holidays.

Paid Time off According to State regulations.

You Will be entitled to a one week vacation pay on the first day after your 1 year anniversary.

Company Vehicle after your trial period at the discretion of management.

Gas card for work related gas consumption.

Health and Dental Insurance, Company will pay 50% of premium for Subscriber.

Company Events.

Year end Bonuses depending on performance.

Requirements:

California Driver's License.

Clean DMV record (you will be added to company insurance)

Lutron Home Works Knowledge will be a Plus.

Vantage Systems knowledge will be a Plus.

Lutron Radio RA knowledge will be a Plus.

Ability to work independently.

Excellent communications skills.

Problem solving ability.

Ability to plan ahead.

Ability to manage employees and delegate workload.

Our teams will travel to other cities depending on the work load and the stage the projects are at the moment, our projects are in Marin County in Cities like Belvedere, Tiburon, Ross, Fairfax, Larkspur & Kentfield.

San Mateo County, Portola Valley & Woodside and the City and County of San Francisco.
