SELF SUFFICIENT PROJECT MANAGER (PALM BEACH COUNTY)

I require a self sufficient Project Manager, project producer to do all phases of complete residential and commercial small projects.

Includes:

1. meeting with Client to determine scope

2. determining your fee to do the project

3. producing design and all required drawings (on AutoCAD)

I will handle contracts and billing, you. You set the scope and collect your fee after producing the entire project. 50% retainer provided.
