[[The qualified Carpenter will possess basic to advanced carpentry skills and abilities. A minimum of 6 months experience preferred.

[[Must possess a valid drivers license.

[

[[Preferred experienced includes wood framing, roofing, siding, windows / doors, flooring, cabinetry, and millwork installation. Experience in finish millwork such as interior railing systems and woodworking a plus.

[[Individual must be highly motivated to perform their work requirements with accuracy and precision. Strong personal, organizational, and communication skills a plus. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at a time - resolve issues in a timely manner - work efficiently under minimal supervision - desire and ability to meet deadlines.
