Overview:

The primary responsibility of a Transactional Attorney is to manage all aspects of clients' transactional matters, including communication with clients, drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic legal advice. The Transactional Attorney will contribute to the overall objectives of the firm by efficiently handling transactional work, allowing senior attorneys to focus on broader firm goals and vision.

Reporting Relationship:

Transactional Attorneys report to the senior partners or owners of the firm.

Authority:

Transactional Attorneys will exercise authority over assigned transactions, including document drafting, due diligence, and client communication. They will have supervisory responsibilities as delegated by senior partners and may engage in administrative duties related to their cases.

Responsibilities:

· Perform legal research and analysis to support transactional matters.

· Draft a variety of legal documents, including drafting contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.

· Conduct due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and other business deals.

· Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to their transactions.

· Manage and oversee the documentation process for transactions.

· Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to negotiate and finalize transactions.

Education & Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Nevada and or California.

5-8 years of general legal experience with a preference for expertise in transactional law.

Strong understanding of business and commercial law.

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $90.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
