The MIA Maintenance center is responsible for installing and maintaining ARINC owned and customer owned communications equipment in both ground communications and air‐ground radio.The following duties will include:

Manage resources to operational goals.

Work with customers both internal and external, to resolve problems.

Focus on building relationships with existing customers and increase current level of business, seeking new opportunities in the related work center’s region.

Manage staff to ensure critical network SLAs are met.

Support deployments of corporate initiatives.

Assist in budget preparation and managing unit within budget.

Manage staff in maintaining customer work/billing records, inventory, etc.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of industry experience in radio and/or data communications

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience

Experience in supervision or project leadership

Strong interpersonal/communication skills (written and verbal).

Self‐starter with good motivational skills.

Excellent time management skills including prioritizing, planning, organization and multi‐tasking.

FCC/GROL certification is a plus.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
