Part/Full-Time Attorney

Civil/Business Litigation Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to handle civil, business, and personal injury-related issues and litigation. A candidate with strong experience in civil law and motion is preferred. Also, personal injury experience from both the defense and plaintiff sides and strong research, writing, and negotiating law experience. Must have excellent research and writing skills and have experience in complaints, discovery, motions, pretrial work; and some trial experience is preferred but not required.

Law Review preferred.
