Real Estate Developer and Contractor is looking for an individual to handle office, financial and administrative duties.
Position Responsibilities:
Daily collection of field reports and entering of data into project management software.
Maintain financial database records (daily financial entries and reconciliations )
Financial transactions - purchases, expenses etc.
Proposal requests from vendors and subcontractors
Business related research (new vendors, suppliers etc )
Subcontractor compliance
Maintain utility accounts.
Maintain insurance policies.
must have experience with QuickBooks
Compensation 25 / hour
