As part of Pentair's Commercial Water Solutions business, you can join us on our mission to deliver clean water to the world!As an employee you will receive:$1000 Sign-On Bonus - $100 after 30 days, $400 after 6 months and $500 after 1 year.Pay: $17 - $20 per hourEligibility for annual pay increases based on company & individual performance6 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays each year1 week of vacation to start and 2 weeks in Year 2 (vacation is accrued weekly)Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceUp to 5% 401k match starting day one of employment25% employee stock purchase match up to $9,000/yr.Company paid life Insurance up to 10x base payCompany paid short term and long-term disabilityUp to $300/year in gift cards for completing our annual wellness programCompany vehicle provided for business purposesCourse reimbursement to support your education goalsAs the forward-facing contact of KBI you will:Provide accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines. Ensuring equipment is operating properly before leaving customer premises and completing all invoices with accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related commentsComplete equipment installations, project and/or preventative maintenance as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines. Ensuring equipment is operating properly before leaving customer premises and completing all invoices with accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related commentsBuild relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.Make equipment recommendations to customer and follow up with Sales DepartmentTo meet the requirements of this position you will need:High school diploma or equivalentValid state issued driver's licenseProblem solving and critical thinking skillsCustomer service and relationship building skillsAbility to use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.Position requires regular bending, stooping, kneeling and ability to lift 75 pounds.Ability to travel and work overnights when necessaryMore about our organization For more than 35 years, Ken's Beverage Inc.
