Personal Care Worker

Innovative Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization with the mission to provide the best quality of life to individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities while creating opportunities for maximum independence. We serve a wide range of clients from youth to elderly individuals, lower to higher functioning, as well as physical and mental disabilities.

This position is part of our community supported living program; employees will visit clients in their homes assisting them with tasks that may otherwise prohibit them from maintaining their independence. Candidates will be working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. The individuals served may have diverse medical needs and/or behavioral issues.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring with use of mechanical lifts (depending on program)

Medical administration

Transportation to medical appointments

Community integration

We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions with 1st and 2nd shifts available. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid WI driver's license. Acceptable motor vehicle record required. Casual call positions are available to those looking for more flexibility. Comprehensive paid training provided by company.
