What Your Job Will Be Like:We are looking for a Intern - Computational Analysis Mission Partners department, Business Undergrad Year RoundAs a business intern in Sandia's Computational Analysis Mission Partners department, you will work closely with a talented team of business professionals to support the financial, project management, communications, and security needs of our homeland security programs.On any given day, you may be called on to:

Enter and track data using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/)

Maintain program information on a Confluence and/or Microsoft Teams site

Document meeting minutes during program meetings

Document business processes, lessons learned, and/or best practices

Track purchases/procurements

Enter financial data in our corporate tools

Maintain metagroups for communication and information control processes

Support communications and security processes required for our projects

Help create cost estimates for project manager or technical partners

Qualifications We Require:You bring the confidence and skills to be eligible for the job by meeting these minimum requirements:

Currently attending and enrolled full time in a related accredited undergraduate program

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0

Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer

U.S. citizenship

Qualifications We Desire:

Work on site in Livermore CA/ Hybrid options

Previous experience working in a distributed team envirornment.

Good communication skills and a questioning mindset.

Good organizational skills and the ability to breakdown complex processes into understandable parts.

Previous experience with Mircrosoft tools with a focus on Excel.

Willingness to step outside of traditional ways of doing things to explore new and innovative ideas.
