Scuba Instructor/Sales Associate at Dive Arizona

Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed

Process sales transactions accurately

Assist in signing customers up for courses

Assist Instructors in all scuba certification courses, both in water and out of water as needed

Maintain organization and cleanliness of all rental gear

Accurately rent gear to customers

Answer phones and return messages daily

Assist with social media and marketing

Experience:

Divemaster and Scuba Instructors preferred with opportunities to teach and guide dives

Retail experience preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Self motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be able to pass a drug test at time of hiring as well as throughout employment

Must be a scuba diver

Must be over 21 years of age

Pay is based off retail experience and certification level. Instructors with experience and specialty certifications will receive competitive pay along with regular teaching opportunities.
