Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Junior Deskside Support Engineer that is an expert in customer experience. They will need to have diverse technical skills and deep understanding of system functionality. On a day to day this person will be in charge of troubleshooting mobile devices, phones, printers and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
