Cleaning and Vacation Rental Management

Looking for a go-getter to help me clean and manage 17 vacation rentals in Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo.

We are constantly on the move! Must be physically capable and presentable to guests, must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Especially 11-3pm daily when cleaning window is.

Must have EXTREME attention to detail, cleaning needs to be done to satisfy the most extreme neat freaks.

Must have the availability to monitor and respond to messages 24/7. We can take shifts when needed.

Must be willing to travel between SLO and Paso Robles multiple times per week.

This industry has a lot of moving parts and things happening daily. Need to be able to keep everything straight and stay on top of all guest arrivals, cleanings and departures for the day (including weekends).

This is not a 9-5 job. This is a 24/7 job that has some days with nothing going on and some days that have 17 check-in's. Must be flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing schedule. Type A personality.

Cleaners are paid set amounts for each property. You can clean more or less depending on your availability. I need cleaning AND management help. Pay depends on what tasks you take on and how much you want to work. I paid out over100K in cleaning alone last year and I'm looking for management help as well which would be another 25K+/year.

Duties are as follow-

Monitoring and responding to all incoming messages through the Airbnb and VRBO apps.

Submitting guest reviews post stays. Submitting damage claims if needed.

Manage all reservation requests, alterations and cancellation requests

Dynamic + constant pricing management and adjustment

Review of all listings with suggestions for changes/updates to increase revenue

Facilitation of cleaning and maintenance schedules

Inventory and restock of all supplies, invoiced accordingly to each property

Make sure trash is taken out on designated trash days

Regular inspections of listings, interior and exterior
