This role offers more than just planting and irrigation; you will be a part of a skilled crew building high quality outdoor living spaces. This position offers the opportunity to learn, or improve your skill, working with stone masonry, carpentry, low-voltage lighting systems, plants, irrigation and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with landscaping and hardscaping tasks, ensuring quality results.

Prioritize safety protocols on job sites at all times.

Engage in daily team meetings and project planning.

Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.

Support crew lead as needed.

Qualifications:

English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Landscape experience a plus but not required.

Capable of outdoor labor, including heavy lifting.

Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Valid driver's license and transportation required.
