As a customer service representative/ administrative Assistant you will be responsible for :

Answering calls

Transferring calls

Helping Customers with payments

Being informative, empathetic.

Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any inquiry such as:

Assisting customers with any questions, concerns, or payments regarding their insurance policy.

Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails.

Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.

Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and guidelines.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a team.

Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities.

Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.

Must have people skills

Qualifications not limited to the following:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer support, client services, administrative Assistance or a related field.

Excellent at communicating over the phone and in handling phone calls.

Basic computer skills and phone system skills

Filing documents and updating customer profiles/accounts.

Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

able to work with Social Media

Call center experience is a plus.

Bilingual are encouraged to apply.
