Staging Manager

The Everset is a home staging and furniture rental company that services the New York City area. We stage model units for some of the largest and most well-known real estate companies in the country. We are looking for a Staging Manager who wants to work for a fast-growing company. The Staging Manager will work directly with our Director of Staging to help service our clients.

This opportunity is full-time. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with our company and is willing to take on a lot of responsibility quickly.

Staging Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for the managing a staging job from beginning to end. This may include client intake, site visit, proposal creation, contract creation, delivery coordination, prepping furniture/accessories for stage, installing, styling, and pick up.

- Prepare proposal for clients and walk client through proposal.

- Tour apartments: View and measure apartments to determine what furniture will fit best and what style is most appropriate.

- Design work: Assist with selecting furniture and accessories appropriate for the project.

- Prep-days: Work in our warehouse to select and pack accessories for staging jobs.

- Schedule deliveries and coordinate installations with clients, preparing contracts.

- Installation Day: Help manage installation days by directing furniture placement, styling apartment with accessories, hanging mirrors and artwork.

- Pick-up stages: Meet logistics team at stage location and pack all accessories.

- Overseeing organization of staging warehouse and managing inventory.

- Self-starter who can work independently
