Hiring Experienced foreman/leader for Outdoor Elements

Position: Foreman

Location: All of Rhode Island and Part of MA

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise hardscape construction projects from planning to completion.

- Manage a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient collaboration and top-notch craftsmanship.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.

- Demonstrate expertise in various hardscaping techniques, including paving, retaining walls, and outdoor features.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hardscape construction, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

-Candidate must know how to lay paver and set grade

- In-depth knowledge of hardscape materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Able to operate heavy equipment, such as Skid steer and excavator.

- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions on-site.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration.

-Valid Driver's License

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Monday - Friday and some Saturday if needed
