Manage direct reports for day-to-day execution of Supply Planning and Production Planning processes in line with monthly S&OP cycles.

Accountable for Supply Plan Achievement, Line-Item Attainment, and On Time Scheduling Index metrics.

Responsible for accuracy of Master Production Schedule. Communicates with internal stakeholders on needs, priorities, and urgency in schedule.

Implement and maintain scheduling and recipe data in ERP system, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Coordinates the startup of new or transferred products, plant activities, and any major projects that may affect the production plan.

Provide oversight to monthly scheduling and analyze detailed capacity & load.

Facilitates monthly production supply review, capacity analysis, and elevate any needs to the monthly Site Consensus

Acts as principal liaison in problem solving for issues potentially compromising the production plan.

Benchmark against AbbVie sites and external insights to apply Supply Management and S&OP concepts, to drive tactical execution of AbbVie processes.

Identify applicable practices and influences as a change agent within the organization to implement and ensure widespread adoption.

Provide governance, set priorities, and ensure effective team management.

Build and maintain effective relationships with key Operations, Quality, Brand, and GSP stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification, such as APICS (Association for Operations Management) certification, may be preferred.

At least 5-7 years of prior experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Operations Planning, and Demand Management.

Desired knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices, integrated business planning, and lean 6 sigma methodologies.

Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, as it is a crucial tool for data analysis, forecasting, and planning activities.

Experience with supply chain planning software such as JDA and ERP systems like SAP is preferred.

Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a managerial role. This includes expertise in demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain planning, including S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and track projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

A passion for supply chain management and a drive to continuously learn and stay updated on industry advancements.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.
