Part time Residential handyman/maintenence technition wanted

Private investor seeks part time and/or PRN help with residential homes

located mostly in the East Nashville area. Flexible hours weekdays, nights and/ or weekends available. All qualified individuals, couple teams, retired and semi-retired encouraged to apply.

Must be a self-starter, reliable and able to work independently. Basic hand tools are necessary. Reliable transportation and driver's license a must. Experience in these areas include:

Basic plumbing

Basic electrical

General carpentry

Floor and window install

Drywall repair

Roof repair

Painting

HVAC experience a plus but not necessary.
