Job Title: Electrical Operations Manager/Director (Various state electrical license preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Operations Manager/Director who currently has or the ability to obtain multiple state electrical licenses to join our dynamic team. As the Electrical Operations Manager/Director, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical operations, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems – along with overseeing project managers, supervisors, and foremen on numerous projects across the nation. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise electrical operations, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Develop and implement electrical installation/maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance onsite.

Train and mentor electrical technicians, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in electrical operations.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to optimize overall system performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical operations.

Oversee the procurement of electrical equipment and materials for installation and maintenance projects.

Requirements:

State electrical license (Active) - Multiple preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical operations

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, controls, and various electrical systems.

Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of electrical technicians.

Ability to obtain and maintain various state electrical licenses as required.

Proficient in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to live in Tennessee or relocate to the area.
