Our projects are large and complex. You will have the technical foundation and knowledge to work with a core group of technology professionals.The TeamAs a member of our Program Management and Business Process team, you will bring consulting, project management and/or business process expertise to our clients. You'll manage work threads across one or more engagement teams to create solutions to help our clients solve problems, expand market share, improve operations, and grow their business with specific experience around Agile transformation.QualificationsRequired

Experience working with globally distributed technology teams which should include 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience managing and delivering systems;

2+ years EPMO (Enterprise Program Management Office) experience with global clients;

2+ years planning and managing project initiatives and/or business process initiatives in a Project Management Office or similar team environment;

2+ years leading teams responsible for requirements definition, requirements management, and requirements validation;

2+ years leading teams responsible for the design and definition of technology solutions;

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management, requirements management, and system design tools; Experience working in an Agile environment and experience working with third-party vendors.

Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Experience with industry standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent

Industry recognized technology certifications - AWS, Agile, SAFe, etc.

Experience or passion for leading testing of applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Force.com and/or Google Cloud Platform

Wages and SalaryThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
