Description:Looking for an HR/Administrative Assistant to join the team. The position will require for a dynamic individual who can multitask, is analytical, and technical savvy. They will oversee the main plant helpdesk: routing calls, directing deliveries and pickups, processing tickets and payments for customer service, assist with inventory control orders, maintaining breakroom standards, etc. Duties:HR (40% of daily tasks)Maintain phone lists and distribute monthly updatesManage attendance logs weekly/monthlyAssist with employee engagement activities Assist with job fairs & recruitment activities, as needed Maintain job postings on job sites and EEO postingsRun HR reporting weekly/ monthly and pull statisticsKeeping track of supplies and ordering as needed (including UPS supplies) for the main plant and warehousePutting together commissions with pay calculations for the drivers Making labels and stuffing envelopes for commissionsDistribute checks, weeklyOrdering supplies and shipments, UPS deliveries, etc. Administrative Assistant (60% of daily tasks)Office supply orders and budgetingMaintain breakroom standards Distribute mailGreet visitors and other employees Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves:

Administrative experience

Intermediate MS Outlook experience (calendar management, email forwarding, etc.)

Basic MS Excel experience

Nice to Haves:

Receptionist experience

Food processing background

At least a year of recruiting experience
