We are an established Dental office in need of a Dental Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk person in Centreville. We are looking for an experienced, team player, dependable front desk. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in dental terminology and procedures. Experience is Required! We are looking for someone who can:
-Greet patients
-Check patients in and out
- Verify insurance benefits
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Go over treatment plans with patients and their insurance coverage
- Scanning and Faxing patient information
- Be able to read tooth charts and x-rays
- Must know Dental Codes
Knowledge of Dentrix is a PLUS
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS
Our hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am to 5pm, Tuesdays 9-2, Fridays 9am to 3pm and every other Saturday from 8am-2pm.
