Store Manager - Gas Station/C-Store

Store Manager needed for a Gas Station/C-Store in Salem, MA!

Must have previous management experience! Previous Gas Station/C-Store management experience a plus! Resumes must be sent to be considered.

Typical Weekly Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-3pm, Saturday 8am-1pm

Responsibilities Include:

- Handling cash, deposits, and registers

- Hiring, training, and supervising employees and store schedule

- Ensuring high level of customer service

- Completing daily paperwork and bank deposits

- Maintaining and ordering inventory

- Delegating and completing daily store tasks

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue

- Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications Include:

- Previous Gas Station/Convenience Store management experience

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Some experience with computers (able to complete daily paperwork)

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment

- Lifting up to 45lbs
