The Armed Services YMCA of the USA seeks a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Director to serve our three branches in Southern California. As a Regional Marketing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in telling our story, engaging our audience, and ensuring our impact is felt far and wide. Your Mission: As our Regional Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind brand awareness and audience engagement. You'll craft compelling narratives, develop strategic campaigns, and leverage the power of the online world to elevate our brand and connect to support the Southern California military community. Key Responsibilities: Branding and Content Creating

Create and deliver annual Go-To Market Plan.

Develop captivating content that tells our story and resonates with our target audience.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and traditional marketing channels.

Construct Regional marketing, stewardship, event, and sales materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories and create compelling narratives.

Digital Marketing Mastery

Devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility and engagement.

Utilize SEO, SEM, and analytics tools to optimize online content and drive website traffic.

Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our digital efforts remain cutting-edge and effective.

Social Media Savvy:

Lead the development and execution of impactful social media campaigns across various platforms.

Foster a robust online community by creating and curating engaging content.

Monitor social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Community Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, partners, and community stakeholders.

Attend relevant events to promote the Armed Services YMCA and strengthen community ties.

Identify opportunities for partnerships that align with our mission and amplify our impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

8+ years marketing experience.

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Expansive experience with marketing automation software.

Passion for supporting the military community.

Salary Range:
