Barista & FOH Positions

We are searching for a few Baristas and/or Front of House folks to join our awesome team at Fleur Bake Shop! We are a small scratch bakery business in downtown Whitefish, who truly value where we source our ingredients and how we prepare them to create the best pastries and products we can.

This position requires great customer service while assisting customers in placing pastry orders and/or creating delicious espresso drinks. Everything we create is crafted from scratch, including the caramel, chocolate mocha and vanilla simple syrup used in our coffee and tea beverages. Fleur is a hardworking tight knit team who has fun and is proud of all we create.

Availability to start PT now and build up to FT closer to Spring and Summer. We are looking for team members who want to stay on longterm, and we offer longterm benefits such as a Simple IRA plan and loyalty bonus after one year of hire.
