The Revenue Cycle Manager is required to manage multiple projects and project types concurrently. The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees the daily functions of billing, payment posting, revenue posting, and back billing/AR. The Revenue Cycle Manager works to clarify communication, address questions and concerns with management, and maintain order in AR.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees company-wide billing software use, payment posting, revenue posting, and write-offs.

Coordinate regular meetings with internal teams, specifically addressing billing changes and concerns.

Maintains and analyzes problematic accounts. Reporting on and troubleshooting issues involving claims.

Assist in developing client relationships. Onboard all new clients into RCM related processes and ensure smooth delivery on all areas.

Standardize work-flow processes throughout the revenue cycle to assist in achieving consistency in payments and collections.

Responsible for maintaining and actively monitoring RCM Metrics and Client KPIs. Identify and achieve quarterly goals.

Maintains compliance with local, state and federal guidelines.

Enforces billing policies and procedures with staff.

Provides on-going process review and implement process revisions as needed.

Coordinates and/or provides training & education to staff. Training of new hires and updated training for existing staff.

Ability to lead and develop team members.

Performs monthly audits on clients attendance, billing, and payments and report gaps to the Management team.

Manages the requirements that need to be met by the RCM Team for each client.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow up and special AR Projects

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and get along with diverse personalities.

Strong project and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years’ experience in Medicaid billing and/or IDD billing.

Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills. Must be able to work with spreadsheets.

Billing system maintenance a plus.

Must have Quickbooks Experience.

Must be able to work with sensitive information in a confidential manner

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually DOE

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. Must work a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Start Date: Position available immediately
