Hardscape Installer-Landscaping

Seaside Scapes is a landscaping company specializing in design and installation of Hardscape surfaces (IE pavers, retaining walls, patios etc.) Due to increasing demand, we are currently seeking to hire a person with EXPERIENCE in installation of THIS TYPE of Hardscape. We do not pour concrete. Must be able to be left with the plan, proper materials and a laborer and be able to take charge of the project.

Successful candidates for this position should have the following skills:

1. At least 2 years of verifiable experience as the lead in installation of Hardscape surfaces (IE pavers, retaining walls, patios etc)

2. Driver License with clean driving record

3. Reliable Transportation

4. Ability to maneuver a pickup truck with an attached trailer at times hauling materials/equipment

Previous crew leader experience is a HUGE PLUS as well as experience with irrigation installation/repair and

light equipment operation.

Physical Requirements for this position:

Bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, and frequent walking

Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions

Must be able to navigate rough and uneven terrain

Compensation: paid weekly based on an hourly rate (to be negotiated) +on time completion bonuses.
