Excel Distribution LLC is a sister company of La Michoacana Meat Market. Here at Excel Distribution we manage dry foods and refrigerated goods among other products and distribute them to stores all over Texas and Oklahoma. We are currently looking to hire a receptionist for our corporate office.

Job Summary:

Working in a office environment connected to our warehouse. Attends to visitors, filters incoming calls, and performs general administrative duties. Assists other departments in handling overflow work, including data entry and filing. Sorts incoming and outgoing mail. Manages the supplies' inventory for office and kitchen break room.

Minimum Requirements:

Graduation from High School or GED

Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent (speak, read, write) is required

Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Customer service oriented
