Visit our Website for additional company information at www.prpwine.com Position Available The candidate will start as a Branch Manager Trainee, with training occurring in our Tampa office over a 6-month period. During training, the candidate will learn all facets of the company and the position, then be promoted to a Branch Manager. PRP Wine International will cover all moving costs when training is completed and promotion to Branch Manager in one of our 17 markets across 9 states occurs. The majority of the candidates time will be spent in Tampa working alongside the local Branch Manager and our East District Sales Manager. How do you know if this is the right opportunity for you?

What you need to do to succeed

Self-Starter and Organized

Coachable

Ability to coach others

Enjoy meeting and interacting with people

Comfortable calling existing and cold calling clients to set wine tastings and events

Ability to build long-term relationships through personal interaction

Willingness to participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends

Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older

Must be willing to relocate upon completion of 4-6 months of training

Must be willing to spend some time working in our Orlando market (hotel, car allowance and per diem included while traveling)

College degree or equivalent experience preferred

1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred

Experience hiring and training new talent is a plus

Wine knowledge is a plus

Must have reliable transportation to travel to appointments

Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary

Must be able to enjoy selling wine

Compensation

$45,000 - $70,000 annually
