Supervises assembly, inspection, and shipment of products.· Works closely with purchasing, and engineering departments to maintain schedules and implement changes and revisions in operational procedures.· Provides leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication.Preferred Qualifications:· 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, plus 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment· Associate degree or equivalent experience (+2 years)· Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, ERP system.Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
