Prep Cook/Line Cook - Coin-Op Game Room

Coin-Op Game Room is seeking an experienced line cook/prep cook to join our team.

Line Cook Essential Duties and Requirements:

Inspects and clean food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices

Ensures food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature

Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock

Seasons and cooks’ food according to recipes

Ensures game floor is clean, bussing and stocking table caddies as needed

Run food to guests as needed

Ability to take direction

basic knowledge of simple kitchen tools (knife, etc.)

Previous bar prep and or kitchen experience required

Must have current food handler's certification

Positive attitude

Strong Leadership skills

Organized

Strong time management skills

Must be reliable and team-oriented

Full-time - Wednesday-Sunday Opening/Closing Shifts
