Customer Service Rep/ Office Clerk

Hair extension company looking for a Customer Service/Office Clerk.

Position: Customer Service/Office Clerk

Location: El Monte, CA

Working hours:

- Monday to Friday (9:30-4:30)

- Lunch: 30 min (Unpaid)

Compensation: Starting at $22, Hourly rate will be discussed during the interview

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of online orders on shopify/eBay

- Maintain product database with product numbers, descriptions, and pricing information, adding new products and assigning product numbers

- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns

- Respond to incoming calls, emails and texts from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries

- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
