Grant Program Associate

Our client, a global medical association, is looking for a Grant Program Associate to serve as a liaison between grantees, research programs, and internal and external finance and research staff. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in this remote/hybrid position.Responsibilities:Manage and facilitate application, review, and awards process for grants, scholarships, and awards programCreate and monitor reporting schedules, approvals, deadlines, and requirements to ensure processingManage and keep up to date on research projects and programs on the websitesWork with Development department to secure funding for grant programOther administrative duties as assignedAbout You:3+ years of experience as a project administrator1+ years of experience working in research grant administrationBachelor's degree preferredStrong communication skills both written and verbalExperience with database management and familiarity with medical terminology preferredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
