Cleaner, picker upper, housekeeper, $20/hr, no pet allergies

Housekeeper needed to clean my home and put things away. Someone comfortable around pets, thorough, and takes instruction well. English speaking, please. Will be working independently and with another person at times. Simple tasks like changing bedding, laundry, dishes, floors, dusting, bathroom, windows, and removing fur from furniture, and projects like hanging pictures, straightening out clutter, organizing items and boxes in the attic, seasonal decorating for holidays and decor changes. Able to lift boxes and walk up and down stairs with them, and can use step stool for hanging. Flex hours, approx. 4-8 hrs/wk. Please send resume; good refs required. $20/hr.
