Sports Field Tech

Should ideally live within 30 mins of the office, or closer

Work on sports fields serving our many school district, college, university, city, county, youth sports organization customers around West Texas.

TYPICAL JOB TASKS

- Perform service work on sports fields: aeration, topdressing, verticut and vacuum, synthetic turf deep cleaning

- Spread granular fertilizer, ryegrass seed, bermudagrass seed, root zone amendments, etc

- Ball Field work: infield manicuring, installing infield conditioner, rebuild batters boxes, pitchers mounds, install bases

- Field Renovation/Construction: manual grading, laser grading, turfgrass installation, basic irrigation work/troubleshooting

- Make product deliveries to customers (via truck/trailer)

- Standard work week: Mon thru Fri. 45-50 hrs/week. Some overnight stays out of town

REQUIREMENTS

- Clean driving and clean criminal record

- Currently have a Texas Class A CDL (commercial drivers license) or have the ability to get this commercial drivers license in Texas

- Must be able to lift, carry, move up to 50 to 75 lbs; drive truck/tractor for long periods of time, stand and work for some periods of time
