Customer Success Specialist, Tier 1 (Remote work from home)

One of our partner companies is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical support issues. You should have a strong understanding of the customer service process, a strong call center background, and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a good work history, great customer service skills, ability to get started asap.
Job Requirements:
IT Help Desk and/or Customer support service: 2+ years
CompTIA certification required (A+/network+/Security+) or ability to train/certify before you start.
Proficiency in Windows and standard office applications
Ability to learn new software, products, and/or services
Critical thinking skills
Organizational skills
Clear communication skills
Writing skills
Requirement: CompTIA certifications (A+/Network+/Security+) or ability to get trained/certified prior to starting a job.
