ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to hire a dependable Repair Technician with high integrity to deliver exceptional customer experience through the successful delivery of roofing projects. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in protecting our brand through rigorous adherence to safety and build standards. You will work closely with other production team members and leaders to successfully execute assigned work orders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify damages, leaks, and other issues.
-Perform repairs on various roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofs.
-Replace damaged or missing shingles, tiles, and flashing.
-Apply sealants and coatings to prevent leaks and extend the lifespan of roofs.
-Work at heights using proper safety equipment and techniques.
-Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job status and recommendations.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
-Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations at all times.
-To excel in this role, you will have a passion for quality and a fantastic can-do attitude.
-Build rapport with customers when onsite completing repairs
-Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the corresponding department
-Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
-Successfully execute against assigned work orders, constantly striving to deliver superior quality
-Adhere and comply with OSHA standards at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing repair and maintenance.
-Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various roofing systems.
-Extensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and tools.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
-Willingness to work outdoors and at heights in various weather conditions.
-OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
-Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
-Ability to travel locally
