Landscape Laborer

Landscape Impressions is hiring a hardworking landscape laborer to assist with the completion of landscape construction projects. The landscape laborer will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project.

Operate various tools and equipment, including: jackhammers, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.

Assist in the construction of walkways, fences, walls, posts, etc.

Dig ditches or trenches by hand and using equipment.

Plant and maintain garden beds and lawns.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape projects.

Transport materials using equipment, shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and dollies.

Assist crew leader with job-related tasks.

Drive work trucks to/from job sites and supplier locations, may include towing a trailer.

Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, paths, and driveways in winter.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Able to sit, stand, kneel and lift and move 50+ pounds.

Able to work in all weather conditions.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Willing to learn and to follow instructions.

Can work independently and as part of a team environment.

Perform work quickly and efficiently, demanding excellence in quality of work.
