Senior Care Coordinator

Angel Senior Care has been in the Spokane senior community for 12 years, providing quality in home care and placement services. We are currently hiring a full time Care Coordinator in Spokane, WA.

Care Coordinator Job Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate care for seniors of all ages, races, backgrounds, levels of care.

Completing in person health assessments & re-assessments.

Typing the plan of care, forms, obtaining signatures as needed.

Senior client observation visits, supervisory visits, caregiver introductions.

Direct care and filling in a shift, if needed.

Work with the Scheduler to ensure the client receives the highest level of care.

Work with caregivers on skills, coaching and support.

Provide support to the office staff as needed.

Work Mon-Fri, full time.

Looking for an individual with:

3+ years in the senior care industry or related industry, dementia experience preferred.

Excellent customer service skills and attention to details.

Team player, ability to help develop and inspire caregiver confidence.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Attention to details, multi-tasker

Flexibility and reliable.

A current driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Able to pass a background check.

Computer and typing proficiency.

Relationship skills: professional, respectful, pleasant, takes initiative and is proactive.
